- All orders must be placed in advance, with payment reflecting in our bank account at least 5 working days (Monday to Friday) before your desired collection date. This allows us ample time to create your masterpiece.
- Failure to adhere to the ordering timeline may result in order cancellation, with a full refund.
- If your order requirements exceed the initially quoted price, we’ll promptly contact you to discuss any necessary adjustments. You can choose to accept or decline the adjustment.
- Should you accept the adjusted amount but fail to pay promptly, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund
